Formerly known as The Honeytrippers, Durban Stone spent the second half of 2003 writing a new set of
brand new songs, and are now starting to arrange venues to gig the new material. Following their debut gig in
January 2004 - headlining at the Boardwalk - they go to Wales in March to start work on a mini album/demo
(at Foel Studios, used by the likes of Dave Anderson, Hawkwind and the Groundhogs). They are already
sending live demos to record companies, and have entered the competition to play Glastonbury 2004; it'll
be interesting to see what the future brings.
