Chuck formed in Autumn 2000 to rock the world, or maybe bits of
Sheffield.
Based around a mutual understanding of 50's rock 'n roll, 60's
garage, 70's punk and '80 indie, Chuck write fast, catchy, garage punk
for their own amusement. Mind you, this hasn't stopped them from playing with the
likes of Hoggboy, Beachbuggy and Jim Reid's latest band Freeheat.
Chuck have been described as 'Rockabilly meets Joy Division' (no, really!),
'akin to The Pixies', 'having a Cramps vibe going on', 'Ween-esque' and 'like Jon Spencer'.
